Ymca Turkey Trot 2024 Buffalo. The turkey trot has withstood many tests of time including world wars, the great depression, numerous winter storms and most recently, the second of two pandemics, to preserve its place in history as the oldest continuously run footrace in the world. Known to be the oldest consecutively run footrace in the world, the ymca turkey trot will mark its 129th consecutive start in 2024.

This iconic event takes place in buffalo, erie, and features an exciting 8k (4.97 mile) road race that has become a cherished thanksgiving morning tradition.
